OUR Mission:
The Women's Leadership Committee serves the Baltimore City Chamber Community by identifying and addressing the concerns and successes of women in the workplace; as business owners, entrepreneurs and employees.
OUR VISION:
To educate, encourage and empowers our members through programs and events that create opportunities for personal and professional development that will allow each woman to cultivate a thriving community in work and in life.
OUR Purpose:
T0 bring volunteers together to acknowledge female business leaders and entrepreneurs in our community. We celebrate by honoring individual and collective successes through collaboration and inspiration.
